a) When you submit the Founders application form

We collect:

• Your location / postcode area
• Your phone number and email address
• Information about your business (services, customer base, current tools)

We collect this to review your application, assess whether Hexium AI is a fit for your business, and contact you to arrange a discovery call if accepted.

The legal basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — specifically, to respond to your application and carry out the service you have requested.

b) When you contact us directly

If you email or message us via WhatsApp, we collect your name and contact details in order to respond. The legal basis is legitimate interests.

c) When you visit our website
